Szechuwan Garden was born from a simple wish: to share the food we grew up loving. Our family carried these recipes with us — the tingling heat of Szechuan peppercorn, the deep smoky wok, hand-folded dumplings on quiet weekend mornings — and set out to cook them for our new neighbors.
Today, we're proud to call Newbury Park home. Every dish that leaves our kitchen is built from fresh, carefully chosen ingredients and prepared to order. Nothing sits. Nothing shortcuts the flavor.
